personal training sessions

If you want one on one help to achieve your goals then these sessions are for you. They are tailored to your individual needs, goals and ability. They are fun and the main aim is to make sure that when you leave you feel better than when you arrived.

These sessions are varied between cardiovascular and strength (depending on your goals) workouts and last 45 minutes.

Your first session will comprise of approximately 20 minutes of discussion, goal setting and a health check; followed by a 20-25 minute workout.


CrossFit

river rock CrossFit affiliate began in march 2023. crossfit is a training methodology based on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. if you are looking for a way to get fit and strong but your normal globo gym isn’t your cup of tea, then crossfit is for you. If you prefer to work out with other and want to meet like minded people - these sessions are for you!! some days we lift heavy, some days we move fast, some days we do both. all levels are catered for from 4 year olds to 80 year olds.

classes are limited to 12 people to ensure individual attention is given to each participant. These sessions last for 60 minutes.


breathing consultation & coaching

come and learn how the oxygen advantage method can help you increase your athletic performance.

we can teach you ways to improve o2 uptake to your muscles, delay fatigue and optimizing athletic performance.

Pete is a certified instructor for the oxygen advantage breathing method.

He regularly holds breathing courses for athletes held at the farm as well as consultations via zoom.

  • breathing for athletes course - This is a 3 hour session held at the farm. the session covers the oxygen advantage method (when to use it and when not to), how to improve recovery through the breath.

    some simple breathing tests and an overview of exercises to improve athletic performance. Then we put your new found knowledge into practice in the gym.

  • one on one breath coaching (in person or via zoom)- $120.00.

  • Individual breath training plan on application.

  • breath training to you - pete is available to travel locally to present to your workplace, club, gym or any facility. These courses can be tailored to the needs of the group. Please contact us for pricing.
